hahaha . i knew it :D
after performance , kena pumped by miss chan
for not being punctual .
& clarinet section anth 20 pushups for hanging ard .

then went back to hall & shifted the percussion .
i helped shift like all the timpanis . and cut my leh on one
while carrying it dwn the stairs .
the thing damn heavy can .
before performance we had to
carry all percussion up to the hall in the rain .
i was positively soaked in H2O =.=

after packing up,
went to canteen and play with evan's hamster .
jufri, johnson & anth guy were like bullying the hamster la .
hahahhaah .
then tianyong (sec4 ) walked past and offered to put tissue paper inside .
lol . then he sort of patted both hamsters and went on his way .

& that reminds me of one time during attire check ,
the teacher was on her way checking one by one .
then cuz he had this really long fringe until his eye .
like all those bengs liddat .
so his sort of pushed his fringe to one side .
so funny to see him without fringe .
& he was tilting his head to the left
so the fringe wont fall back .

um then in stars we were supposed to form grps .
2 guys , 2 girls .
but our class has 41 people,
so my group were allowed 5 ppl .

most of the sec 4s had this course thing i think .
so they couldnt come .
um . we played Thunderer, Lady Marmelade ,
Alvarmar Overture which is our SYF choice piece &
Sunrise & Safari, which is our SYF set piece .
chris didnt come ( he's sec4) but the tbones & euphoniums
had the same part as him so i can hear my favourate part agn (:

then there was this sec1 guy,
he's frm pri sch band. so he can join our band
earlier than others . he plays the trumpet .
& whn he plays, his face gets redder & redder . lol .
so cute . lol . but he can rly play .
his air is reaaaally good,
& he has that aggressive look that
mr wong ( conductor) says all brass players should have .

Mr Wong tested us on the 4 rules .
1. open throat or not we'll sound like nanny goats .
2. breathe in ( and out ) sufficient air .
3. Listen to each other .
4. eye contact with him .

quite nice excpet clarinetist have alot of running notes .

then the beginning of the song was soooo nice .
& bass clarinet part was sooo nice !
( actually need a contra bass clarinet to play ,
but we dont have one of those .)
christopher's ( the bass clari player) part was soooo nice !

i kept humming it on the way home .

and izza or whats-her-name had to play the piccolo .
piccolo is like a miniature flute , with higher pitch .
the length of a piccolo is smth like the length
of a 18cm ruler .
and the 2nd clarinets had to play the oboe part...
but end up still sound quite nice :DD

then there's this part where
wardarh was asking permission frm hansley to fall in .
then she was like permission to fall in sir !
but hansley was busy adjusting his sock .
so wardarh just stood there giving him this angry look .
but hansley still havent finish adjusting .
so she just sighed and went to join us .
lol . the look she gave was so funny .

reminded me of the time during concert rehearsals
wardarh had to be the MC and play the trumpet .
coz the trumpets are at the back of the band ,
she had to rush up and down everytime to
announce the piece we're playing and its background .
then she was like , woah , liddat i can lose 20 pounds alrd .

and repeats every 2 weeks
so theres like actually 2 timetables joint together .
